The room I was initially assigned was not up to standard, but they quickly moved me to another location which was much better. We recently stayed at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. The room we were initially given at Saigon Rose was honestly the worst I've ever seen. There was mold and a strong smell of oil that made it impossible for my Mum to stay there. Thankfully, the staff moved us to a different location which was slightly better, but still dusty and the bed was not properly cleaned. However, the location was convenient with plenty of options for dining and drinking, which was a plus.
